If you’ve been wondering how Valve’s digital game distribution service Steam for Mac will compare to its original Windows implementation, wait no longer. A video demonstrating Steam for the Mac has been leaked onto that provincial little backyard known as the internets, revealing an interface that’s much the same as its original platform counterpart.

For those unfamiliar with Steam, it’s a service that delivers popular gaming titles directly to your computer as a download so that you don’t have to pick up a physical box with installation DVDs. It’s the equivalent of “video on demand” for gamers, where instant gratification combined with a large selection of titles makes for a compelling PC gaming experience — and soon a compelling experience on the Macintosh platform as well.

Check out the video below and let us know: Are you looking forward to Steam on the Mac? What games are you most looking forward to playing?
