Why did Ron Paul allow so many racist statements to be made in so many of his newsletters?

There are multiple newsletters with similiar racist statements, seems like a writer would had made racist statements in exactly 1 issue before being fired if I had a similiar newsletter where I didn't write all of the articles. But hey, maybe I'm not the reasonable type.

Because he's a bigot?
