What is the best computer program for creating newsletters and brochures for work?

Print Shop has too many bugs. MS Publisher has too many limitations. I need something that will allow for text and color graphics, as well as offer many background design options. I'd like to be able to edit the graphics as well.

I would definitely recommend Adobe InDesign. www.adobe.com You can place text, graphics, graphs, etc and it works hand-in-hand with Adobe PhotoShop. You can do some editing of the graphics in InDesign as well. Good luck.
